2. Services Provided

We provide residential, commercial, and short-term rental cleaning services. The scope of work will be agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or online payment.

  • A deposit may be required for large or recurring bookings.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • If we arrive at the property and cannot gain access, you will be charged the full cleaning fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • Ensure all valuables and fragile items are secured.

  • Notify us of any special cleaning requirements before the service begins.

  • Report any issues within 24 hours of the cleaning service.

6. Liability & Damages

  • While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage.

  • Any damage caused by our team must be reported immediately, and we will assess it on a case-by-case basis.

  • We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours.

  • We will offer a free re-clean of the affected area(s) within 48 hours.

  • Refunds will only be considered if a re-clean has been completed and the issue remains unresolved.

  • No refunds will be issued for complaints made beyond 24 hours after the service.

8. Health & Safety

  • Our team follows all relevant health and safety regulations.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., presence of hazardous materials).

  • If a property has an excessive amount of clutter or biohazards, additional charges may apply.
